The science of life

Ancient wisdom, made practical

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, developed in India over 5,000 years ago. Kosha translates it into calm, modern, everyday guidance.

The five elements

Everything in nature — including you — is composed of ether, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements combine into three functional energies known as doshas.

Balance, not perfection

Wellbeing in Ayurveda means keeping your unique constitution in balance through food, routine, and seasonal rhythm — not chasing an ideal that isn't yours.

Prevention first

Ayurveda emphasizes daily and seasonal habits (dinacharya and ritucharya) that prevent imbalance long before it becomes discomfort or illness.

The three doshas

Each of us carries a unique blend of these three energies. Your dominant dosha shapes your body, mind, and the habits that keep you feeling your best.
